B: Pollotarians
Spoiler
1) Pollo is a Spanish word. How else could she pronounce it?

2) Vegetarian-Nation.com got lazy in their naming. They should have also used the collateral adjective for chicken, galline, making them either Gallinatarians or Gallitarians. Their suffixes are inconsistent, too (Porcinatarians drops the "e" in porcine and adds "atarians," while Bovitarians drops the "ne" in bovine and adds "tarians." There is no logical reason for them to be derived differently.

Tough one. I thought it was either B or C, so let's try the 50:50 and hope that those aren't the two remaining answers.

Or they could have used the one word that describes all of these: carnivores.

After Michael Pollan's book, omnivore has seen much more use. These are all just fancy ways for people to say that they're better than red meat eaters.
