We've discussed the well-documented case of Jason Pierre-Paul's self-inflicted damage to his right hand on July Fourth. Now the NY Football Giants have another player with a threat to a limb. This one isn't the player's fault.

The Giants' Daniel Fells is trying to save his foot from the aftermath of a MRSA infection. This is purportedly after receiving cortisone injections into his foot, and then five surgeries to combat the MRSA that occurred in his ankle.

Let's hope he gets better, folks.

And let's not forget Plaxico Burress who shot himself in the thigh the year after the Giants won their first Manning Super Bowl. They were 10-1 when it happened and pretty much fell apart after that.
