World-renowned chef Paul Prudhomme died Thursday morning, according to his restaurant. He was 75.

I don't recall the shooting incident at all.

I used one of his books for my first forays into Cajun cooking. His slow-roasted garlic turkey recipe makes the best turkey ever.


RIP, Chef.
