Simi at first was torn between Ventura and Schwarznegger but finally caught on to "body-slamming".

I think she may have been confusing the femoral artery with the sciatic nerve.

So I'd be at this level with all my lifelines.

It's interesting that Chris Harrison has said there are no more easy questions, but the first five are like the Regis era questions - easy unless you overthink them.

I don't know that I agree. I can definitely point out examples of first round questions this season which were grossly undervalued. And the fact that they're never straightforward anymore makes them even harder.

I'd say the first level questions are about the same difficulty as they were during the 2nd season of the clock format, only they require considerably more reasoning than those questions. So far this season roughly half the contestants made it through the first 5 questions with all their lifelines intact, which is on par with the 2009-2010 season. It definitely helps knowing that these are "easy" level questions so the obvious answer is going to be the correct one. Quite a few people jumped questions like the $3,000 one during the shuffle format because they thought the obvious answer could easily be incorrect.
