I will be starring as Lawrence Jameson in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels tomorrow evening. This will be my final show in the Dallas area (at least for a long time). Mrs. Cal and I have decided to move to Casper, Wyoming to be closer to her family. We have been getting the house de-cluttered and the interior painted to get it ready to sell. As soon as we sell it, we are heading northwest.

Break a leg!
IIRC, Casper is where you were talking about taking over a bakery. You posted pics of some awesome cakes your wife had made. Is a bakery still part of this move?

No on the bakery. I am getting licensed to practice law up there.

Say hi to Sheriff Longmire. He can send a lot of business your way; there's more killing in his county than in Chicago.

Did you make Michael Caine envious?
Good luck on the move and culture shock.

Good luck with the play and the move and your new life. Sorry you're leaving Texas, but at least you'll be the biggest game show winner in Wyoming. (As far as I know.)

Wyoming doesn't have reciprocity with any states, but Texas attorneys do qualify for Admission by Motion. Undergoing a new Character & Fitness Investigation right now. The contact at the WY state bar told me it usually take about 4 months to get admired. That would mean sometime
Around Christmad because I filed my application last month.

Casper is still the place I consider "home," even though I don't get there for much more than high school class reunions. It was a great place to grow up, and lifelong friends remain there.
I hope your family will love it and prosper.

I'll be in the area in August of 2017. Remind me in July, I'll swing by your law office or the bakery if at all possible.
