Snaxx can't log on

He's getting an endless loop recycling him to the logon screen when he tries. --Bob
I just tried to log out and log back in. Both worked just fine.
I'd suggest he try clearing the cache in his browser.
In IE, Tools > Delete browsing history > Be sure there's a checkmark in the box labelled "Temporary Internet files and website files" > Press Delete
If he's using a different browser and doesn't know how to clear the cache, send an e-mail to my handle at Yahoo.com and I will post instructions on how to clear it.
