According to the stories I've read, Fogle has not been arrested. Two months ago the executive director of Fogle's charitable foundation for children was arrested on federal child porn charges and is in custody. The FBI searched and removed various pieces of electronics from Fogle's home, but he was moving around freely. It's very possible they're looking for records pertaining to the executive director to help make their case.

I'm glad you've gotten that right. My social media feeds have posts saying he is accused of possessing child porn, not all but enough.

{Fogle} also said he had a Subway "black card" that let him eat at the chain for free.
