Samsung testing a "Safety Truck"

Samsung is testing a "Safety Truck" in Argentina.
It is an 18-wheeler with a wireless day/night camera in the front, and a giant four-panel screen on the back that projects the road ahead to any drivers behind the 18-wheeler.
It's purpose is to help facilitate passing on two-lane roads with dotted yellow lines. Such two lane roads are notorious for accidents, especially in Argentina, the test country.
This looks like a great idea...I wonder a bit about the "distraction factor".
