I did -- written test, personal interview, on-camera interview. My fourth or fifth time auditioning, but the first time I'd made it past the personal interview. (Also my first time auditioning in 3-4 years or so.)

now I hope to get the call; it sounds like it can come pretty quickly or never, so I'm hoping I'm not stuck treading water for a long time.

FYI, I heard of someone who submitted a video yesterday afternoon and got a call (or email?) this morning to set up a follow up Skype audition.

Auditioned May 7, got happy email May 8. This is my third consecutive year in the pool. I hope the third times the charm

Does anyone know when they might start casting the show? One of the production assistants said they started taping June 29th.

I passed both the regular and movie tests. I did not get accepted into the contestant pool for the regular shows; however, I did get into the contestant pool for movie week.

My buddy and I auditioned at the ABC studio last night. It was really big crowd, over 100 by my estimate. We both crushed the test and got called for sitdowns. We both did well in the sitdown and did video auditions. Just waiting on the Happ-E-Mail (no more postcards according to the folks running the audition).

I sent in my video on Sunday night/Monday morning. With my internship this summer, I don't feel like driving to Louisville Sunday afternoon, then driving back immediately after the audition to make it to the office the next day (I don't work Mondays).

Was a lot easier in 2009 when you're 19 with fewer responsibilities and could fly on mom's flight benefits to the NYC auditions. lol

Right...and I'm too busy at the momet to get up to New York.

And the good news is we've learned if they like your video, they will do a follow up audition via Skype.
