Of the 44 people in our group we lost 9 in the recent cuts.
Of those, 4 were involuntary.
Of those, 2 live in Gastonia. That is a high percentage.
My one friend's whole carpool won't be crossing the river together anymore.

Ahhhhh, Gastonia!
I wonder if they appreciate that there's a group of folks with such a fondness for their city who have never even been there!
