NBC is bringing back "Coach" which last aired way back in 1997, when Clinton was President.
Craig T. Nelson is going to be back in his role as football coach Hayden Fox. They have ordered a 13 episode run. The new show will pick up right where the old one ended.
Now if only ABC could revive a certain game show.......

There are worse Jerry Van Dyke shows to revive. "My Mother The Car" comes to mind.
Hayden was supposed to retire, with Dauber taking over the pro team and winning back-to-back Super Bowls. That last episode pretty much said what happens to the cast. Do they plan to ignore it, or do a "Star Wars 1-3" and show you how those events come to be?

I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.
