Seriously, we can change some things up until the last week. Not so much the menu, but some of the details on setup, decor, arrangement of ceremony, and other areas.

Menu: post-ceremony "cocktail hour" - cheese and fruit platter, and a crudite platter. The other standard choice is a Mediterranean platter, with hummus and other stuff that maybe ten people would eat. FSIL wouldn't touch it, nor would many of BD's friends. Hors d'oeuvres: mini-cheeseburgers (we didn't have the nerve to ask for "regular ketchup" instead of the "tangy tomato dipping sauce"), BBQ chicken and cheese quesadillas, and I've forgotten the other two. I'm doing this from memory. GW is taking the list of our choices to work to show off there.

I will post more tomorrow about this, once I refresh my memory.

How could they justify what they're going to overcharge you for it if you asked for regular ketchup?

I got a more specific time, and an agreement to call me about an hour before he'll arrive. He's also got several other calls in my town that day. I'm probably third on the list, so it looks like an extra long lunch period on Wednesday.
