Sharon described her pastime of "Wikiwalking." In the evening, she starts reading an article in Wikipedia. An interesting link takes her to another article, then another, and soon enough she's stayed up all night. This can't be good for Sharon's health, but it's clearly an effective way to train for a game show. And unlike more common methods (like studying show transcripts) it was unique enough to impress the producers.

This is at least the fourth question in this stack that contains a fact that isn't needed to get the answer, but is interesting nonetheless.

Sharon was certain the Medal of Honor is worn around the neck. But the way the question is worded, that could still be the wrong answer, so I understand why she jumped.

Sharon's "hook" was that she was a "wiki walker" - someone who reads a Wikipedia article and clicks on one of the links and keeps moving to other links. I do that but didn't know there was a name for it.

She mouthed the answer as Terry was reading the question.

I would have jumped this question.
