There were also four Shriners in full regalia in the audience, but the camera only gave us a brief glimpse of them, probably because they were too MAWGish, if not outright OWGish, for the TPTB's tastes.

Potentially dangerous phrasing of this question. Early hot air balloons were flown in the 18th century, but I don't think anyone could say that 1783 (the year of the first manned flight) was the early 18th century.

It's a pity he had to burn two lifelines on this question. State capitals should be basic trivia knowledge.

Very strange - was there a glitch or was it a matter of wanting to be sure the celebrity had time to earn some money?
