I've used my JTQ.
Question 10 -
Believed by some to have been lifted from the Medici family's coat of arms, the universal symbol of a pawn shop features a curved bar holding three what?
A. Black hammers B. Golden balls
C. Blue eagles D. Red swords
JTQ

Answer and value
B. Golden balls
Value: known to be $10K jumped
Bank: $58600 and on to round two
Not that I'm so familiar with pawn shops, but IMHO this was one of the easiest questions in the stack. I've seen that symbol since I was a kid.

What if there is no entry for ZZ Top? That worry is the only thing that would stop me from going with it.

My father owned a pawn shop for a few years. It didn't have the universal symbol anywhere but I've heard of this before - supposedly the balls represented coins.

I can't imagine that there would be anything after ZZ, so I'd go with that. I'd be looking at the $250K question with all my lifelines.

For completeness' sake, from a quick Wikipedia search, Paul Zeiller is an Austrian painter. I can't find any bones in the arm past "ulna", nor can I find any WWII battles past Xiangyang. I have no idea if Zeiller or Xiangyang would be notable enough to get an entry, but I'm pretty sure there are no bones past ulna.

I do have sympathy for him passing on this question. I immediately thought "ZZ Top" after seeing the option for a rock group. But you never know if it's a trap - I thought of Zzyzx, because I had seen that word around, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be in any of those three categories.

I would have thought they'd just take the last four articles in Britannica, but I guess they didn't do that.

Q11: Like everyone else, I immediately thought ZZ top. Knew it isn't bone in arm. Can't think of WWII battle or painter. But its a high-val Q, so could be trick. Jump.
