If and when you do a review, make sure "comment/review" my nephew's big screen debut. He is a "game announcer". Our family will see it today or tomorrow. Thanks.

Mike Rylander? I'll have to find his episode of "Sex Sent Me to the ER".

Yes, but fast forward to the end, he plays a doctor and is on for about minute.

How can one of "Cosmopolitan Magazine's 50 Sexiest Bachelors in America" not be getting more work?

Be a better actor I guess.

The Gambler was not that good, Mike had plenty of voice over, and a total screen time of 3-4seconds----total of 2 screen shots.

I know a great acting coach in L.A. if he's interested.

We saw the movie today. Your nephew did a good job, which is more than I can say for the movie itself. This is yet another example of a botched remake of a very good movie.

If you want to see one of the best movies ever made about the psyche of a compulsive gambler, see the original James Caan version of The Gambler. If you want to see Mark Wahlberg acting like a disinterested, stuck-up snot, see the new version.

Agree is was not good.

My daughter gave this review:
I give two thumbs down to any movie in which John Goodman has more shirtless scenes than Mark Wahlberg. My goodness, John has gotten bigger.

I remember an early wake up call that he received. When promoting "The Babe," he told Letterman that to play Babe Ruth, he had to lose 60 pounds. "It's pretty sad when a person has to lose weight to play Babe Ruth," he said.
