Today's observation is copied from the observation of May 2, 2014.
As Fan points out, Colorado's civil unions law isn't quite at the finish line in our tortuous journey to marriage equality, but at least it is enough of a volte-face from Leviticus 20:13 to bring the civil rights of many of our citizens into the 21st Century.

-- In Iroquois society, leaders are encouraged to remember seven generations in the past and consider seven generations in the future when making decisions that affect the people.
