Quiz: How many cannibals could your body feed

#1 Post by themanintheseersuckersuit » Wed Apr 02, 2008 1:59 pm

Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

10 for me as well.

I did not like being called middle-aged. They should have just listed the numbers for goodness sake.

I can feed seven cannibals, but I will try to convince them that I'll be too stringy for good eating, so they should go on down the street.

It's all his fault. That'll be $10.

It said 14 for me, but that seems kinda low. I'm not nearly as tall as AJ, but I'm kinda thickish.
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

I'm with Uday, as an appetizer type - just 9 for me, inspite of the cruisebooze weight.

A mere 13 cannibals can snack on me.

I also got 16. My weight falls right at a break on their chart. If I go to the higher one (which is true some mornings, but not others), I go up to 19.

I think that you mis-read it.

It said that you survived the Middle Ages. :P
Obviously, HD is one of the cannibals! Why else would he want to bite Pea ? (We all know the invitation is on the way.)

Whoa, 18! I'm a big girl

I did one of the other quizzes on the site and found out that our family could survive 52 days trapped in our home. Assuming we don't turn to cannibalism when that time was up! Warning: "pets" are considered an "additional food source" on that quiz.

I can feed 13, but I wonder, does that mean at one meal, or for a full day, or what?

A few nights ago at the dinner table my son brought up the subject of the Uruguayan rugby team that was forced to cannibalize each other after a plane crash in the Andes (yes I know this is weird dinner talk). He asked if we would eat another human to survive. Both his dad and I said that we would want him to eat us if he had to without guilty feelings later. I said that he could feast on one of my thighs for days... and he said, no thanks, he doesn't like cottage cheese....

smart aleck.

Hmmm...seems like there ought to be a way to make the old saw "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime" applicable here.

I see that the name of the link is "Cannibal Lunch," so I guess that answers that!

Reminds me of an old cartoon:
Cannibals have one missionary simmering in the pot and a second missionary tied to a tree in the background.

One cannibal says to the others, "Oh, we're saving him for dessert -- he's diabetic!"

Wait, I'll have to go ask Ted Turner.
