I commissioned LB to make me a T-shirt for my winemaker/chemist friend with the phrase:

Except he added Mad Scientist Esto making steaming potions, or maybe it's wine . . . It turned out great! Only problem, she won't wear it until she actually retires, which is looking to be at least one more year, maybe two.

What meager, tenuous, ephemeral, holographic, hallucinatory, possibly-not-there hold on reality is predicated on my retirement.

As in, no one needs me to actually mouth off at a board meeting. Really.
