sad day in the office

This morning we learned of the death of one of our contract specialists. He was playing tennis yesterday evening and had a massive heart attack. Apparently they tried to revive him at the scene but could not; they transported him to a hospital but all efforts failed. He had worked for the Corps for many years, first in our Engineering Division and then in Contracting. It's ironic - he was the picture of health, and yet this happened. You just never know.
