Teen's donated organs kill recipients

LONG ISLAND (WABC) -- It is one of the saddest most bizarre stories that has come along in awhile. A 15-year-boy apparently died of meningitis and his organs were donated. But then, the parents of Alex Koehne discovered that he did not die of meningitis, but of a rare form of brain cancer.

Now, two of the organ recipients have died and two others have cancer.

Ok, so why was it OK to donate organs from someone who they thought had bacterial meningitis?
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

There was a Law and Order show like this.

But... I think they got the body parts from not a legal way.

This is just so sad. You think you are getting a new lease on life and then........ slam..... no you are not.
