Derek Jeter retired and we barely heard a word about it.

Re: sigh
It's official... the Randomax Rocks are the Florida Marlins of the BBBL.
This is our 12th season since the Sandbox BBBL merged with the old Jipter League, and the Rocks have finished with a losing record in 10 of those seasons...
The two seasons they finished above .500, they've won the championship....
Congrats to Sprots and the Rocks! ES was there once again for you, and shares in your victory....

Re: sigh
Yeah, and the Jwocks have finished at or above .500 12 times, have been in the championship playoff group 8 times, and have won two fewer championships than the Rocks have. But we congratulate the Rocks nonetheless, the lucky bastards.littlebeast13 wrote:It's official... the Randomax Rocks are the Florida Marlins of the BBBL.

It could be worse. At least the Jwocks are not involved in the They Want to Eat Meat thread.

I congratulate Saucy on a great year, Jordanheirs on a stunning comeback, and Jwocks on consistent excellence.
Thanks, everybody who offered up congratulations, including those of you who did so over on the League message bored.
No mangy rodents assisted at any time in any way. Ugh.
LB, however, did help me with a few things, in the priceless, incalculable ways of a person who has an encyclopedic knowledge of baseball and fantasy leagues. Thanks, LB!
And Smiler is correct. At least the Rocks are not involved in the They Want to Eat Meat thread . . .
I found something to show how I really felt when all the games were final, next couple of posts.

Re: sigh
I really am happy for you Sprots, just really ticked at the way my lineup fell the last period, with no decent starts. After the year I had, on top for almost the whole thing, to lose it all by 20 points just really hurts.SportsFan68 wrote:I congratulate Saucy on a great year, Jordanheirs on a stunning comeback, and Jwocks on consistent excellence.
