Thanks to a parent who worked for an airline I spent most of my youth flying up front and once flew to Europe on a Pan Am 747 that had a Piano bar in the "bump", the upstairs portion of the aircraft. Several business type passengers on that flight were pretty well smashed and singing rather loudly before we made it out of North American airspace!
