Nothing against your offer, but thanks to the company that may not always be friendly to authors, but is friendly to customers, my copy arrived today. The book looks great. The chapter divisions with the numbers inside baseballs are perfect. I get why the glossary is necessary, but things like:

Single: The batter arrives safely at first base.

Give me a chuckle.

Thank you for buying a copy. I had to order copies earlier in the week for my book signing, which made the book available on Amazon and CreateSpace. I was asked not to make this public until Tuesday, but the book is out of the bag!
