That gives me an idea: The Philly audition is at Dave & Buster's, a sports bar. I hope someone comes wearing an Eagles jersey with Terry's name and number (54).

As it turns out, Terry's Eagles career wasn't so memorable. The Eagles signed him in 1996, just before the NFC championship game.
Terry Crews wrote:For two weeks, I stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street from Veterans Stadium. I just remember it was Christmas Day. It was the saddest thing ever, that Holiday Inn. I was eating old sausage and two little pancakes. It was so sad. I was missing my family. We lost the game to the 49ers - it was a playoff game. I just thought, I don't want to do this anymore. The excitement wasn't there.
So nix to wearing a Terry Crews Eagles shirt.

I watched the promo and got excited when Terry knew the full name of the show...but he forgot it by the end.
Darn it.

Here's a longer promo with Terry (one of a series being posted on YouTube this week):
He'll be on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night.

"It's Who WANTS To Be A Millionaire, because the truth is, you have to want it!"
<sigh>
Yeah, I want it, Terry, but that's never been good enough for your APs.

I stayed at that Holiday Inn at least once or twice when I was a Long Islander coming to Philly with a trains group.
My other preferred hangout for the train group trips was the Hampton Inn by the airport. It got a mention here when it became infamous as a preferred location for butt enhancements. http://www.foxnews.com/health/2011/02/0 ... ion-hotel/

Terry was on Good Morning America today. He played a short Millionaire game with an audience member. Want me to post a transcript?

Did he start by reminding everyone, "You might know me from Brooklyn Nine-Nine"? That seems to be his catch phrase, but I don't think it will ever catch on like Regis' "Is that your final answer?"
