August Lyrically Speaking Day 5 – Pandora Friday
Another idea ripped off from lb13. I love Pandora radio. It’s the perfect compromise between playing only the music I want and a random radio station. I give it an artist or song or two as a “seed” and then it plays similar music for as long as I want it to. The following 25 song lyrics (it’s a weekend, right? So you get extra songs to play with until Monday) represent about 4 hours of Pandora listening from last weekend. The seed artist was Jason Mraz, and I eliminated all the artist repeats (I think there were 5 songs by one artist during that time.) There’s at least one instance here where the same artist could be used twice, but on Pandora it was a cover artist who sang one of the songs more associated with the more famous singer. 1 point for each artist and title. Anyway have fun with it!
