Apparently, this is bogus. The closest is "may you be a dog in an era of peace than a man in times of trouble". But, it is wikipedia...

Hey, whatever the actual wording was, according to whatever translation, I think the concept is true.
Living in boring times would be good for me, unfortunatly I am not sure there is ever such a thing. Especially with 24/7 news agencies.
