WWTBAM Bored

BD is back from hanging with one of the BF's, the roomie and classmate. I've forgotten which number she is. I KNEW I should have printed out that listing! We may be taking her with us to the venue next Sunday when we make our decisions on food and decor and whatever else there is. BF has not seen the place yet, and is interested. She may also accompany us on our raid of the Newport Mansions store, in search of appropriate tchotchkes to put on the tables for our theme.

Other than GW wearing her KU shirt inside out during the game and not watching the last five minutes, there's nothing else to report. The shirt? Last time she wore it was last year, and they lost. They were playing poorly today, and I jokingly suggested turning it inside out. She did. Bill Self did not look like a coach who had just made the Final Four at the end of the game. I suspect he was going to chew a few butts in the locker room. If Kansas plays that way next weekend, they won't just get beaten by UNC, they'll get humiliated.

If Self is going to chew some butts, he should start with his own, and keep at it for some time.

What a terrible job coaching. Curry is nearly the entire Davidson team. They should have been denying him touches from the outset and make the other 4 players beat them.

KU was beating Davidson by pounding the ball inside, and then they would go away from that strategy.

Plus, how does KU let Curry have the ball in his hands at the end of the game. When you are the more athletic and quicker team, you press and double Curry off of the in-bounds play.

I wonder what it is like to go through life with the name Self.

It could grow on me.
