Old message notifications in new emails?

Got two emails yesterday saying I had new PMs (one for each of my logins. I forgot I had two logins!) from a BB whose name I recognized.
Looked in my PM folders, and nothing more recent than last year (I'm so lonely!)
Anybody else get this from time to time, or just me?

There was a Bored re-set last night. I got a message about a PM with a 2010 date on it.
Just think of it as an enema.
