Gerry Goffin dead at 75

NBC Nightly News just reported the songwriter, former spouse and songwriting partner of Carole King, died today at age 75.

Most remembered for the prolific hit output of the 60's (Will You Love Me Tomorrow, Take Good Care of My Baby, Up On The Roof, The Locomotion, Pleasant Valley Sunday, Who Put The Bomp are just a few), mostly but not entirely with King, but also co-wrote later hits such as Diana Ross' Theme From Mahogany and Whitney Houston's Saving All My Love For You.
