My son had his court date today to try and get custody of his son. The judge said that since he had terminated his rights he would have to go through the process of getting those rights back - hiring a lawyer and going through the legal system. So his son will go to the maternal grandparents, who supposedly have been told that their daughter is not to have contact with the children except for supervised visitations.
