Observations May 30, 2014 - Diktat
The Treaty of Versailles was characterized as too harsh a diktat by many at the time, and after a History Channel program the other evening outlining the results, I agree with those who believe it led directly to World War II.
-- In Iroquois society, leaders are encouraged to remember seven generations in the past and consider seven generations in the future when making decisions that affect the people.
