Observations May 24, 2014 - Kickshaw

Today's luncheon included a kickshaw I expect won't be equaled on my palate anytime soon, a delightful soup made with chicken, rice, various spices known and unknown to me, and an unusual ingredient our cook has mailed to him once a month, leaves from a Kaffir Lime, which we were instructed not to eat.
