Jeb Stuart Magruder has died

Jeb Stuart Magruder, an official of the Committee to Re-Elect the President who supervised the Plumbers, the shady group that bugged Democratic headquarters at the Watergate, died May 11 at age 79.

According to Geni.com, Magruder is my grandchildren's seventh cousin thrice removed.

Adam and Eve are my great grandparents. The number of "greats" is a problem.

I could only trace my lineage back to Noah. Records prior to that were lost in a fire or some type of disaster. I come from his son Shemp.

In the beginning there was Curly. And then there was Shemp, and it went downhill from there.
(I got a red line when I typed Shemp. Spellcheck must be a Curly fan.)
