WWTBAM Bored

She is 17, still in HS, but has to be one of the most grounded, rational, pleasant young women I have ever met.

When she comes over, she gets him to clean his room, do his laundry, and then she vacuums for me, as my back is wonky. She'll do the dishes, and play with the cats. I have started paying her every two weeks, as she doesn't have a regular job, and the work she does at our place really helps me.

She wants to get into metalworking, and have a solid career.

Seriously, glad he's found a nice young ladyfriend.

Whatever you're paying her to help with the housework, she deserves double for getting Big J to do his share.

Agreed! She sounds like a keeper!

And Son1111's GF has him aspiring to the Dean's List. He got a 3.4 this semester and was dissappointed. Especially since she got a 3.8.

Sounds too good to be true! So glad he has someone that's a positive influence on him. You get a benefit too with a nice clean house!

Hope everything works out with the metalworking. It might be enough of an odd job that in this newly odd-job world she can make an internet-etsy kind of go of it. And hope eveything continues to work out with J (& you!) too.

She's doing what all good women do, being a civilizing influence to their chosen partners. Make sure Big J keeps her around (more likely vice versa).
