Just read an article on it and I see a fundemental problem. Look at the quote by one of the standards writers.
If the question is "which is more ...." of anything then the answer can never be "both". What an idiot. The possible answers are: choice A, choice B, ...choice n or "neither (or none) because they are equal". Not "both".
