I knew about the concrete arrows because Ken Jennings wrote about them. And I think they were the subject of a question on some other game show at about the same time.

Bigfoot brought me a dozen mice one night. Ick! Some of them were the hantavirus kind. I made sure not to touch any of those and to soak the remains in a bleach solution before I picked them up with rubber gloves.

This seems like a pretty tough question - probably 9 or 10 on the unrandomized stack. It's basically a geography question - what countries border Russia.
