Despite having high-ranking recruiting classes year in and year out, this headline kind of says it all:

Mind you, draft picks don't necessarily mean how well a program has done. But this definitely showed the results of some ongoing problems.

The two schools that tied for the most first round draft picks were Texas A&M and Louisville, with three each. The first is Texas' erstwhile archrival, and the second was coached by the person hired to replace Mack Brown.
