There are a bunch of topics on which I love asking questions when I'm hosting games on the Bored. A few of them popped up in this set of questions.

1. SIN CITY / FALLEN / THE BUCKET LIST / AMERICAN BEAUTY

Spoiler alert: All of these movies were narrated by dead characters.

2. IRISH FASCISTS / CHELSEA F.C. / CHRIS GRIFFIN / CRIPS

People who typically wear blue shirts.

3. STATUE OF LIBERTY / BURJ KHALIFA / BROOKLYN BRIDGE / STRATFORD-UPON-AVON

A site-wide stumper... but I predict a lot of forehead slapping when I reveal this answer. These are all things that the original Apple Maps application infamously made disappear.

4. HE / SIN / NUN / SHIN

Here's the first of my pet categories. Anglicized Hebrew letters. Unfortunately for Bob, only nun and shin appear on a traditional dreidel.

5. CANADA CUP / CONTINENTAL CUP / SCOTTIES TOURNAMENT OF HEARTS / TIM HORTONS BRIER

Another favorite: Curling championships. I will accept Bob's answer of "Canadian curling championships", even though this year's Continental Cup was held in the United States for the first time ever. In Las Vegas, of all places.

6. SAVOY / GRIEF / SQUARE / WINDSOR

Types of knots.

7. BYRON MCKEEBY / TIM WHATLEY / WILBUR WONKA / JOHN HENRY HOLLIDAY

Dentists. You know John Henry Holliday better as Doc Holliday. Wilbur Wonka was Willy's father, revealed to be a dentist in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". Tim Whatley was the "Seinfeld" dentist who converted to Judaism for the jokes. And Byron McKeeby was Grant Wood's dentist; therefore, he was the man in... American Gothic!

8. LEROY'S GIRLFRIEND / FLORIDA'S SECOND HUSBAND / THE YOUNGEST WINSLOW CHILD / THE OLDEST CUNNINGHAM CHILD

Characters who were written out of TV shows without explanation. Leroy's girlfriend, Stephanie, is your obligatory "Fame" reference in this contest... and it will be the only time I ask a question about either the TV show or the movie. The other shows there were "Good Times", "Family Matters", and "Happy Days".

9. BASKET / STREET / ODDS / BLACK

Names of roulette bets. The basket is a three-number bet on either 0/1/2, 0/00/2, or 00/2/3.

10. LE FREAK GROUP / GARLAND'S BIRTH NAME / OSCAR IN A CAN / ANGELIC INSTRUMENT

When you write out Chic, Gumm, Grouch, and Harp, you can see immediately what they have in common: You can add an "O" to the end of each answer to make the name of a Marx brother.

Bob had the best score again.

No forehead slapping here. I have no idea what you're talking about.

OK, so my guess was a SWAG; I thought it was more complex. However I was right! Nun, he, and shin are on a dreidel. And sin is an alternate spelling of shin. So yes, all four symbols are on a dreidel!
