Retroactive good luck to ten96lt as he appears tonight on Wheel of Fortune. --Bob

Thanks!
I'll also be live tweeting on Twitter about my experience and what was going on as I'm playing.

Spoiler
He finished third, solving the second toss up puzzle, winning the first round, and winning the fourth round(speed up). His total was $9300. Second place was $12449 including a prize puzzle trip, first place won $12750 and lost the bonus round. So the prize puzzle actually didn't decide the game on this episode.

Thanks, it was a great experience meeting everyone and had fun. My words about the wheel on the other hand I'll hold back. :D

Spoiler
That was a nice prize total for third place, Joe. But what awful luck you had with the wheel--two rounds in a row getting hit with a bankrupt, when the puzzle must have been obvious to you!

I'm sorry I missed it -- it was preempted here for Final Four coverage.

Well done and congratulations on your winnings!

Spoiler
The 2nd round puzzle I knew, but wanted to get above $4k before solving. I literally was going to have that as my last spin before solving.
As for Round 3. I knew ORDERING and POOLSIDE, but not BEVERAGES. I literally paused for 5 seconds trying to figure it out leading Pat to say, "Spin or Solve Joe", but that got edited out. I reluctantly spun hoping to figure it out eventually but the wheel had other plans.

Congrats!
Can you give us a behind the scenes recap regarding your tape day?

I'll be doing a post for the BAV Board and I'll post it here also. With end of the semester projects it will most likely be this weekend or early next week.
