Two hours of my life that I'll never get back. That's my summary of the mandatory 2-hour training course I just attended. It had nothing to do with any of the elements of my job but my branch chief made it mandatory for all members of our branch. Oh, well, at least I got a couple of pens, a mouse pad, and some "shields" to protect credit cards and my passport against RFID thieves.
