I left work early on Thursday with a bout of nausea; I didn't recover from it until Saturday afternoon. Sunday our handbell ensemble played in all three morning services, so I'm still trying to recuperate.

Are you saying your handbell ensemble made you more nauseated?

No, only that my recovery was delayed because of the fatigue engendered by having to get up 2 hours earlier than normal, cart handbell cases around, play the bells, teach a Bible study class immediately after playing the bells the 2nd time, play the bells a third time and sing in our sanctuary choir, then tear down the handbell tables and put away the bells after the 3rd service. Bell ringing ain't for the faint of heart.
