Problem with Walmart's "I Am A Factory" ads

Normally I don't like to pick on Walmart, but this one made me raise an eyebrow.
During the Olympics, I've seen a few of the new "I Am A Factory" ads (mentioned in another thread), where Walmart touts their increased made-in-USA efforts. BTW, the Walmart ads are currently done by a local firm, The Martin Agency.
And in the second or third incarnation of the commercial, I said to Mrs. Spiff, "Isn't that Rush music playing in the background"?
Mrs. Spiff said, "So?"
I said, "Rush is a Canadian band. For a Made-In-USA ad."
So, when I heard it again this morning, I looked it up to make sure I had it right, and apparantly it is.

Maybe someone over at Martin had too much Caleb the Camel on the brain.
