Not many. I am in my 30th year of modeling for art classes, and I don't ever intend to stop. Of course, that's only a part-time side income.

This year will be Vin Scully's 65th season as a Dodgers broadcaster. I find that amazing. He's even making the trip to Sydney with the team at his age. I wish I had a full time job I loved that much.

I've been in the computer business for over 45 years now. Of course it's not the "same thing". They're going to have to pry the keyboard from my cold dead hands; I don't intend to retire as long as I'm able.

Being in one business for 45 or 52 years is rare. But what's surprising about Kiner isn't just that he did broadcasts for 52 years, but that he worked for the same team that entire time (and also that he was doing radio broadcasts of games for as long as the Mets were in existence). I didn't make that second point as clear as I meant to in my first comment.

It's sad that in just about one month we lost two beloved, long time baseball broadcasters (after Jerry Coleman's death last month). In today's corporate culture, they're a dying breed.
