Jehan Shamsid-Deen's MDQ in November 2009 during the Tournament of Ten asked what the Blorenge(a rare example of a word rhyming with Orange, according to the text of the question) was

Choices were Irish River, Scottish Forest, Welsh Mountain, or Australian Desert. She stopped and took her previously won $250K, but she would have said Welsh Mountain, which was the correct answer. Her stopping allowed Sam Murray to win the million(it was the Friday show of said week)

Since Blorenge is a place name, it technically isn't a "word" that rhymes with orange; however, the OED does give a semi-rhyming word for orange:

sporange (pronounced "spuh-RANJ", not "SPOR-inj" as in "orange"), a somewhat obsolete synonym for "sporangium" (a small sac that produces or carries spores)
