This was one of my grandson's favorite books.

"Harmonia" reminds me of "togetherness", "pluribus" is "many" (as in E Pluribus Unum). "Egregia" sounds like "egregious" and that seems to be the one, so I'll make that my final answer. (Once upon a time we had a user named "EgregiousPhilbin" - hasn't posted since 2007.)
