Artie the Former Psycho Cat

Artie, our oldest Greg's cat, is now in the process of delivering her babies. She's dropped two-one with no tail just like her and her coloring, the other black with a long tail. Who's your daddy?
Greg called and sounded a bit frazzled since she'd chosen a corner behind the couch and splattered the walls, etc. But he got her into a box with blankets and she's busy eating all the nasty parts and he thinks there's at least another kitten waiting to arrive.
The kittens are spoken for, so that's good and yes, he will be getting her spayed as soon as possible.

I'm glad the kittens all have homes. Otherwise, my mom would be wanting one, and that would be another baby I'd have to raise. I mean, baby kitties are cute and everything, but Lizbit already wears me out.

Depending upon how many appear...you never know.

Mothers and all that always blow my mind. How one knows what to do.
I can't stand to think about it too long.
Makes me wonder about god and all.

As of 10:30 last night she'd delivered 7 babies, one stillborn, with more possibly on the way. Yikes. Yikes. Yikes.
Hey Sliver. Are you sure you don't want one? I know they're cute. Come on. You know you do.

Do you have more kitties than are spoke fer? A buddy of mine in Houston (Humble, actually) is looking for a kitten...let me know if you need a home for one!

Of course, I want one. I won't take one, though. I know Annie would be okay with it, but Lizbit is a major question mark, with current indications on the negative side. I wouldn't risk the well-being of a tiny kitten around her right now. She needs to be tested with a cat almost as big as she is, with a full complement of claws to be used in the event of emergency or rude manners.
I would be undone if anything bad happened.

Please do! I just talked to said buddy on the phone, and told him about your litter. He's been looking at the shelters and whatnot, but said to let him know when they're ready to be weaned if he hasn't found one by then.

Oh, you puppy, you. I'm sure there's extras that would be glad to snuggle with you. They mostly look like Artie, with no tail, so that wouldn't be a distraction.

I'm just glad the "former" in the title was meant to modify "psycho", not "cat". Congrats to the CatMom!
