I always thought that the University of Wyoming should play Oklahoma State at Cowboys Stadium for a "Cowboy Bowl." But Jerry Jones sold the name of the stadium to AT&T and messed that up...

One of the problems with Ever Growing College Football Conferences is the redundancy of names -- the SEC has three Tigers (two in the same division) and two Bulldogs.

It's almost as bad as the old days in the CFL when the Rough Riders would play the Roughriders. Fortunately, the eastern Riders threw in the towel after years of bad ownership some years ago.

Then again, college football has its own version of Six Degrees of Separation:
