Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I'll be back later to participate in the parade a bit more.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
We had a great family meal at my daughter Natalie's new house. As I was leaving, I managed to fall down the 4 steps in her garage going to my car. I was carrying a tray that had a couple of dishes on it. So I managed to slam myself on the concrete and cut both hands. The cut on my right hand bled a lot, but got it stopped so no stitches. Big knot on my right knee and my whole body hurts.
Nice way to end the day, Kay….I am such a klutz.
Scared Natalie to death and poor Kennedy, who is 3 1/2 kept saying "are you OK". We'll see how many bruises I have tomorrow. Guess it could have been worse had I twisted an ankle or broken something.
So still thankful and all in all it was a good day.

I pulled a similar stunt Tuesday and have a beautiful purple ankle to show for it. I shut a door on my ankle as I exited up one small step, causing me to fall down but fortunately no sprain or break.
Lots to be thankful for.

Eek. May you heal rapidly.
A few years ago, someone told me to stop looking at the ground. I had to tell them that I was recovering from a twisted ankle I had gotten by not looking at the ground, where the big pothole had been.
