I looked up how to grill a turkey but the pumpkin pie may be a bit tricky.

Make sure you grab the right animal in the dark...

Sorry to report a squished squirrel outside my house this am. Gonna make one of the guys move it. I can't look.

Squished squirrel and barbecued possum? Looks like you'll be eating high off the hog this Thanksgiving!

This could mean it's time to get a turkey deep-frying kit. The bird'll be done in a bit over an hour (if it's not too big) and the hot oil can then be used for many types of vegetables, too. Last time I fried one, we did steak-cut fries, mushrooms and corn cobbettes. Mmmm, delicious!

Fried turkey and smoked turkey are both really good.

Good luck!

Thanks all.

We got power back around 3:30.

Pies are done and a good start on a bunch of other stuff.

Happy Thanksgiving all!
